Mount Litera Zee School, Mysore follows a student-centric curriculum and hence teachers at the school need to adopt a student-centric approach to learning. Teachers will facilitate the learning process by helping the students to access information, by encouraging their creative ideas and honing their interpersonal skills.

Teacher development programme includes 60 hours of training. At Mount Litera Zee School, Mysore we believe that a teacher is the strength of the school and hence all initiatives for the personal and professional growth of a teacher are given prime importance.

All the teachers must demonstrate high degree mastery of the subject, possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of progressive teaching methodology, creativity to customize teaching strategies to suit student requirement, commitment and an attitude that reflects passion for teaching and care for the students.

PRIMARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHERS

Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Science, Social Science, Computer Science, English Literature, Hindi, Sanskrit, French And Kannada.

Bachelors / Masters in the relevant subject with a Diploma / Degree / Masters in Education. Excellent depth in the subject, vision, creativity and originality of approach are necessary along with excellent communication. Experience in similar position is an advantage.

MONTESSORI & KINDERGARTEN

Degree / Diploma / PG Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, Teachers Training or Nursery Training.
Keen interest and enthusiasm to develop a visually rich environment & activity based curriculum, which enriches the Kindergarten classes with Art, Craft, Music and Drama. Candidates should have passion for teaching toddlers.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER (Male & Female)

Graduates with experience in reputed educational institution. Should have a passion for sports and evoke interest & enthusiasm among students. Swimming coaches also required.
